Had an order to put a customer on his best Trophy Red to date. I asked the areas he’s fished and how many years he’s been fishing for a Trophy. His answer was 50 years off Hatteras. Talk about a big order….. Well, at the age of 70 we gave it a try, no mullet this time all casting. He landed 2, one of which went over the 51 inch mark which takes him to a whole different class of Trophy!
